Q1: How to register online? (Suppliers / Customers)
A1:To register online, click on Supplier/Customer link on the top navigation menu, click on either supplier or customer log-in icon and lastly click the link for "Sign Up" on the log-in page. Once you've entered all the required information, press "Save". A representative from World Fabricators will contact you by e-mail once all verification is performed. This would usually take 1-2 business days. back to top

Q2: How to retrieve your user name and password?
A2: To retrieve your account information, click on Supplier/Customer link on the top navigation menu, click on either supplier or customer log-in icon and lastly the link for "Forgot Your Password?" on the log-in page. In order for the system to retrieve your password successfully, you must enter the e-mail address (the original e-mail which you've entered during registration). The user name and password will be forwarded to you via e-mail. back to to

Q3: How to log in as a Supplier / Customer?
A3: To log in successfully, click on Supplier/Customer link on the top navigation menu, proceed to the Supplier log-in page if you're authorized to bid for projects, or Customer log-in page if you're authorized to view on-going or finished projects. Enter your chosen user name and assigned password in the allocated fields to access the site. back to top

Q4: How to change my company information?
A4: To change your company information, click on Supplier/Customer link on the top navigation menu, proceed to the supplier or customer log-in page. At this point, you must enter your user name and password, check off the "Edit Profile" box and press the "login" button in order to perform this task. This option would link you to the page for updating your company information. Upon entering all required information, press "Save". back to top

Q6: How to view on-going projects?
A6: To view on-going and finished projects, proceed to the customer log-in page. Authorized customers may only view projects that are assigned to them by World Fabricators personnel. Upon successful log in, a list of projects will be listed by Project Number. Select a project in the list and a associated project information and photos will be displayed. back to top

Q7: What happens if "No Projects Assigned" message appears?
A7:This usually indicates that World Fabricators personnel has not assigned any projects to your company for viewing. You must contact them directly for further questions. back to top

Q8: How to view project bids?
A8: To view on-line project bids, proceed to the supplier log-in page. Authorized suppliers may select one of the projects from the list to view project details. back to top

Q9: How to submit a bid for a project?
A9: To bid for a project on-line, proceed to the supplier log-in page. Select a project from the list of available projects. This would link you to a bid form where you may enter the unit price, available date of goods for each item, and then press "Submit". Ensure that all values entered are correct. If mistakes are made, the submission cannot be reversed. back to top

Q10: How to change values for a submitted bid?
A10: Unfortunately, once a project bid has been submitted, the process cannot be reversed. You may however submit another bid which would override the initial bid. back to top
